ABSTRACT
In this paper will be explained about solution improvement on optimality dynamics facility layout problem with Simulated Annealing Algorithm (SA) for to change Steepest Descent Algorithm (SD) that solution for this algorithm is suboptimal. In the dynamic facility layout problem, the criteria of improvement solution isjust not material handling cost improvement, but it must be considered about rearrangement cost (shifting cost) for each time period that will be considered.
